Lighting
Interior, recessed, outdoor and security lighting, installed and repaired.
Lighting is the cheapest change that makes a house feel different. We install recessed lighting, replace fixtures, run outdoor and landscape circuits, and mount ceiling fans.
For security lighting we will talk through placement and motion coverage before drilling anything, because badly placed floodlights mostly annoy the neighbors.
Lighting calls in Farmington run out of our 1215 Mission Ave office. We cover Farmington, Aztec, Bloomfield, Flora Vista, Kirtland, Shiprock, Fruitland and the rest of San Juan County, and the Farmington crew is on call 24 hours a day.

Is the work permitted and inspected?
M&R is licensed, bonded and insured in both New Mexico and Colorado. Electrical and gas work is permitted and inspected, which is what keeps it from failing a home inspection years later.
