Privacy Policy

We collect the details you type into the service request form so that we can call you back about the job. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to market anything you did not ask about.

When you submit a service request we collect your name, phone number, and — if you provide them — your email address, service address, the type of work you need and whatever you write in the message field.

Our web server also records standard technical information in its logs: IP address, the page requested, timestamp and browser user agent. This is used to keep the site running and to limit automated abuse of the contact form.

Service request details are emailed to our dispatch office so somebody can call you back and schedule the work. That is what the form is for.

We do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a service request. If you want text messages about offers and reminders you have to ask for them — by ticking the box on the form, texting us the keyword from our signage, or telling the office. We do not run behavioral advertising on this site.

If you give us your mobile number we may text you about a job you have booked: confirming an appointment, telling you a technician is on the way, or following up an estimate.

We send marketing texts — seasonal offers, maintenance reminders, Diamond Club membership — only to people who have opted in to them specifically. Opting in is separate from asking for service, and is never a condition of getting work done.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP to get our contact details. Full detail is on our SMS terms page.

Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

If we record your consent we keep a note of when you gave it, where, and the exact wording you agreed to, so we can show you what you signed up for.

Your request is delivered by an email service provider acting on our behalf, and is stored in our company email. Text messages are sent through a messaging provider acting on our behalf. Both are processors: they handle your details to do a job for us, and are not permitted to use them for anything of their own.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We will disclose information if we are legally required to, and not otherwise.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not embed third-party social or analytics trackers on page load.

Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third-party font network, so loading a page does not report your visit to another company.

Service request emails are retained as ordinary business records, in line with how long we keep job records generally. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the office or write to the address below.

You are never required to use the form — calling us achieves the same thing and leaves no web record at all.

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date shown below. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
