We don’t stock or install cheap parts because we stand behind our work. When we use our parts and are allowed to fix it right (like it should be fixed, as opposed to a stop-gap, temporary repair), and if it doesn’t stay fixed, we’ll be back to make it right. It works like this: after troubleshooting the plumbing or heating problem, we’ll present you with our recommended repair and/or replacement options. If you authorize us to make the repairs as recommended, we stand behind it for a full year and will repair it again at no charge. If our plumbers smoke or swear or do not wear shoe covers while in your home—or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service.
