He was very honest when asked why the leak happened, he stated it was because the previous plumber had not replaced Insinkerator sink ring with the new garbage disposal parts, which led to leak. This was third overflow in one week. If it had been taken care of properly the first time,it would not have happened again. When the customer asks for the blockage to be dealt with, It should be cleaned out, completely. Experience speaks for itself. I was not asking to be impressed with fast talk, or a cheaper rate. We, the owner and I wanted the problem taken care of. Thank you Jason and your Assistant for cutting out the roots in the old line.
